There are times of transition in women's lives that can be challenging, particularly pregnancy, birth,
the postnatal period, perimenopause and menopause.
Perinatal problems
Are you currently struggling with a difficult pregnancy, feeling overwhelmed by the idea of giving
birth or feeling stressed and disappointed by your birth experience or the first months of parenthood?
Are you suffering from overwhelming fatigue, pregnancy sickness, painful joints or trauma following
a difficult birth? You are likely to be experiencing low mood, anxiety, upsetting thoughts
and memories or low self-esteem. These symptoms can affect your relationships, bonding with your

Perimenopause and Menopause
